I would like to thank the staff of Heritage village for making the transition from rehab to assisted living for my mother as smooth as possible. From helping with all the necessary paperwork, rearranging a room that appeared at first to be too small, and to those who stopped in to introduce themselves to make her feel more at home. Staff from maintance, laundry, housekeeping, nursing, administration and even the owner stopped in to speak with mother within her first couple of days there. She now feels like she knows some familiar faces and that makes her more comfortable. Thank you to everyone for your kindness 💜

I have lived at Gladstone for a little under a month now. I have found that the staff are friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. They have at least two activities to do everyday. It allows you to meet residents & make new friends. The kitchen staff is friendly & they will accommodate me in any way possible because I'm a picky eater. The food is good too! My new family Welcomed me with open arms because that is what we are, one big happy family.

Absolutely the best place to work! There is great caring staff with teamwork! I definitely recommend working here and bringing your family members here! Worth 5 stars!

Heritage village is a caring facility, the workers are all nice we have amazing teamwork, administration is very nice , I’ve been here for an almost a year & can say it has been on the best jobs I have had .

Heritage Village of Gladstone has been caring for my father the past year and has been great to work with. With the challenges of COVID, residents safety was always a priority. I’m impressed with their family attitude they treat my father with. They are extremely patient and loving and always keep me informed. They work with the family as a team to address any issues.

I have had the pleasure of working with the staff at the Heritage Village of Gladstone multiple times. They’re fantastic, professional and have a true passion for helping people. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for assistance for there loved one.

I have been visiting Heritage Village for years and must say it is one of the best care communities in the Northland. They have recently completed a remodel of the lobby area including new furniture and new hardwood floors and it looks amazing. The staff is always friendly and has a smile on their face. I have dealt with the Administrator and the Director of Nursing for years and they are simply AMAZING. They do whatever they can to provided the best care for their residents. If you are needing a new home for yourself or a loved one, i would definitely recommend visiting Heritage Village.

My brothers, aunts, uncles and I are incredibly thankful for the love and care that Heritage Village of Gladstone has shown my dad the last 2 1/2 years. They were able to care for him in ways that we couldn’t. They became his second family. They got him on a regular eating schedule and I saw improvements in him from when he was trying to live on his own. He was able to socialize and enjoy many fun activities these last few years. they helped him thrive in the midst of Parkinson’s and dementia and not just survive it. I’m gonna miss seeing Jen and many of the wonderful staff and nurses that became a familiar face to me. They made my dad and our entire family feel safe and loved. I know my dad enjoyed his final days with the best care possible!

I can't speak for the past, but as for today 2020. Heritage has one of the best Nursing staff from the Nursing director to the CMT/Nursing staff. The two Day shift supervisor are awesome, loving woman and Then there the night time supervisor she's amazing, warm welcome she give out the since of family. Put them and the staff that works with and under them, and you want find a better team of people under one roof. That's just the staff the residents are the icing on the cake. Beautiful group of people, loving and its easy to see them as family.

Loved working here! Would come back and work there any day. As long as you do your job with care and compassion its really rewarding!

Every time I visit the residents seem very happy and well cared for. I would highly recommend this facility to any one interested.

Heritage Village of Gladstone is a lovely place with great, caring staff. The facility offers lots of fun activities for the residents to participate in on a daily basis. I would highly recommended to anyone looking to place a loved one.
