Thank you so very much for making mom’s stay here a pleasant one. Your staff has communicated with me very well about mom’s needs and concerns. They have gone over and above to make her very comfortable! Anytime I would ask her about the food, she always raved about how delicious the food was. Also, during phone conversations with relatives, she always had a very positive answer about Heritage. Most of all I truly enjoyed the friendships I also made at mom’s stay there. The Administrator at Heritage Village of Gladstone, Kim Marshall, is more than helpful to my wife and I. Kim helps us with any kind of problem we might have, she takes care of the problem, she addresses it and helps us through the problem no matter what the problem is.

That makes us want to stay here at Heritage even longer. Kim always asks me to volunteer in the facility and that keeps me busy and on my feet. My wife and I appreciate everything Kim does for us and all the residents here at Heritage Village. With Kim here, things run a lot smoother.
