The Administrator at Heritage Village of Gladstone, Kim Marshall, is more than helpful to my wife and I. Kim helps us with any kind of problem we might have, she takes care of the problem, she addresses it and helps us through the problem no matter what the problem is.

That makes us want to stay here at Heritage even longer. Kim always asks me to volunteer in the facility and that keeps me busy and on my feet. My wife and I appreciate everything Kim does for us and all the residents here at Heritage Village. With Kim here, things run a lot smoother.
