Thank you so very much for making mom’s stay here a pleasant one. Your staff has communicated with me very well about mom’s needs and concerns. They have gone over and above to make her very comfortable! Anytime I would ask her about the food, she always raved about how delicious the food was. Also, during phone conversations with relatives, she always had a very positive answer about Heritage. Most of all I truly enjoyed the friendships I also made at mom’s stay there. We will miss all of you! You’ve taken the best care of mom and her stay has been enjoyable!
